The simple answer is we couldn’t find a place available on Sundays. But there’s more to it than that. We quickly realized that many people in our local community have work, study, or family commitments that make weekends challenging. Others travel outside the area on weekends but still want a local Christian community to be part of during the week. Meeting on Wednesdays gives people the chance to connect, worship, and grow together in the middle of their week.
MOSAIC Community Church is a new and growing church that began in a garage in Jordan Springs in 2019. After nearly two years of Covid restrictions and challenges finding a permanent meeting space, we’re now gathering at the Jordan Springs Community Hub—on Wednesday nights!
Because we are still small and new, the first thing you’ll notice about our gatherings is that they are simple, welcoming, and relaxed. Some people are new to church or exploring the Christian faith. Others come from different churches, cultural backgrounds, or denominations.
